Si intitola “Chained to the rhythm” il nuovo singolo di Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, meglio conosciuta con lo pseudonimo di Katy Perry, popstar statunitensi tra le più seguite ed apprezzate al mondo che, nel corso della sua breve ma fortunata carriera, ha già venduto oltre 30 milioni di dischi. Ecco il video.
Il brano, in rotazione radiofonica dal 10 febbraio, si avvale di una speciale collaborazione con Skip Marley, giovanissimo nipote del noto cantautore giamaicano Bob Marley. Scritta e composta da entrambi gli artisti, con la partecipazione di Max Martin, Ali Payami e Sia Furler, la canzone segna il ritorno discografico di Katy Perry, assente dalla scena musicale dalla pubblicazione del suo ultimo album “Prism”, datata 2013.
Per accompagnare il lancio di “Chained to the rhythm”, è stato realizzato il videoclip ufficiale del pezzo, diretto dalla regista australo-giapponese Aya Tanimura.
